We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer Civil to manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, resource allocation, and delay analysis for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
Prepare and update schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project .
Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays.
Conduct risk assessment and delay analysis and implement mitigation plans.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor manpower,
materials, and resource utilization.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS.
Support project closeout and maintain planning documentation.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling .
Robust knowledge of project monitoring, scheduling, and delay analysis.
Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project preferred.
Experience handling large-scale construction projects preferred.
Solid analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
PMP certification is an added advantage.
