Lead Compliance Excellence Within a Growing Professional Services Environment

We are supporting a well-established professional services organisation in the search for an experienced MLRO & Compliance Advisor to oversee its AML/CFT and regulatory compliance framework.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a broad compliance function that combines AML/CFT leadership, regulatory oversight and day-to-day advisory support. The successful candidate will work closely with management and client-facing teams, helping the business maintain strong compliance standards while supporting productive and commercially sound client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary compliance contact for regulatory authorities.
Lead AML/CFT processes, investigations and reporting obligations.
Maintain and enhance compliance policies, procedures and risk assessment frameworks.
Review customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence documentation.
Oversee client monitoring, screening and risk assessments.
Provide guidance on AML/CFT requirements and emerging regulatory obligations.




Coordinate regulatory submissions and inspections.
Deliver compliance reporting and training initiatives.
Support ongoing improvements to the organisation's compliance framework.

What We're Looking For
Degree in Law, Finance, Accountancy, Business or a related discipline.
Minimum five years of AML/CFT or regulatory compliance experience within a regulated workplace.
Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience within a CSP, financial institution, accounting firm, audit firm, trustee or similar regulated entity.
Solid analytical skills and a practical, risk-based approach.
ICA or ACAMS certification is considered an asset.
