Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive Process Engineering to support production planning, process improvement, quality compliance, team management, and operational performance in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams to plan and execute production schedules.
Develop production plans aligned with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Assign tasks, monitor execution, and ensure achievement of production targets.
Develop Microsoft Power BI dashboards, analyze production data, and prepare operational reports.
Identify and resolve quality-related issues and manage change controls and deviations.
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and applicable quality standards.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate production staff and workmen.
Monitor team performance and maintain a secure, productive, and collaborative work setting.




Prepare reports covering production performance, quality metrics, compliance, and process improvements.
Participate in review meetings and communicate progress, challenges, and corrective actions to stakeholders.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, Quality, R&D;, suppliers/vendors, and outsourcing partners.
