Key Responsibilities:
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning workplace for students.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum.
Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians.
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior.
Participate in school activities, events, and collaborative planning with staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 0–4 years of teaching experience in a recognized school.
Relevant educational qualifications:
Montessori TTC / D.Ed / B.Ed (for Pre-Primary/Primary)
BA/MA (Hindi/English/Social Studies) with B.Ed
BSc/MSc (Mathematics) with B.Ed
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to engage young learners effectively.
