You will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of design specialists on various
projects on product development and application engineering and ensure that the KPI of your team is maintained.
Preparing and checking engineering drawings with all details.
Finalizing specifications of materials and processes to achieve final product quality.
Value Engineering reduction in weight and optimization of existing products, Standardization
of design and Current product development.
Ability to generate multiple concepts and suggest various solutions for a requirement
Build prototypes for concept approval.
Ensure adherence to Quality Systems and implementation of QMS in technical department
Support to back-office on technical aspects and also to provide technical support to
manufacturing and other departments as needed.
