PRIME FUNCTION To support day-to-day HR operations at the plant by assisting in employee lifecycle activities, maintaining records, ensuring compliance support, and facilitating smooth workforce coordination.
/ Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave data
Support recruitment & onboarding and induction activities for current employees and trainees
Coordinate with payroll team by providing accurate attendance and employee inputs
Help in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities
Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, labor records, etc.)
Assist in handling employee queries and basic grievance redressal
Maintain HR MIS reports and documentation
Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records
Support audits by preparing required documents and data
AUTHORITY
Update and maintain HR records and databases
Coordinate with employees for documentation and data collection
Support execution of HR initiatives as per guidance
JOB SPECIFICATION / COMPETENCY
Qualification: MBA / MSW (HR) / BBA (HR) or equivalent
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
Basic understanding of HR concepts and labor laws
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Willingness to work in a shop-floor workplace
Learning attitude and adaptability
