Maintain and grow a highquality liability portfolio through acquisition of Savings & Current Accounts, Deposits, and crosssell prospects.
Deliver personalised branchlevel service, manage customer queries, and ensure smooth onboarding with complete KYC and documentation compliance.
Build solid, longterm relationships with Classic customers through regular engagement, financial needs assessment, and proactive service.
Drive branch business targets by generating leads, deepening existing portfolios, and promoting digital banking adoption.
Coordinate with branch operations and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and adherence to bank policies
