Role & responsibilities
4+ years of experience in plant operations within the bitumen or related process manufacturing industry.
Solid knowledge of operations and laboratory testing of Bitumen, PMB(Polymer Modified Bitumen), CRMB(Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen)and Bitumen Emulsion.
Valuable understanding of plant mechanical challenges and their troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with SAP-ERP for operations, inventory, and material management.
Experience in handling loading, unloading, material movement, and weighbridge/weight reconciliation.
Robust technical knowledge of plant operations and process management.
Good communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
