Marketing Manager – Printing Industry

Jerry’s Printshop is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with robust knowledge of the printing industry to drive business development, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
Generate new B2B leads and develop existing customer relationships.
Promote commercial printing, digital printing, signage, large-format printing, and industrial/commercial labels.
Identify recent markets and business opportunities.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Supervise and motivate the marketing/sales team.
Coordinate with production, design, pre-press, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Monitor sales targets, leads, quotations, and conversions.
Support digital marketing, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and networking activities.





Requirements
5+ years of marketing/sales experience, preferably in the printing industry.
Good understanding of commercial printing, signage, large-format printing, and label printing.
Strong B2B sales and business-development skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-management skills.
Proven supervisory/team-management ability.
Target-oriented with solid follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and digital marketing tools.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Experience in packaging, advertising, branding, or FMCG industries will be an advantage.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and industry knowledge, with performance incentives. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
