Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with the Maintenance, Quality Control, Stores, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain production reports, shift records, downtime reports, and other relevant documentation.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, 5S practices,



and company policies.
Supervise production workers and ensure proper allocation of duties.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve overall manufacturing performance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
