Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering
Experience: 2–5 years in Powder Coating / Manufacturing / Surface Treatment
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day powder coating production and achieve production targets.
Monitor pre-treatment, powder coating, curing, and finishing processes.
Ensure proper process parameters, quality, and productivity.
Identify and troubleshoot coating defects and reduce rejection/rework.
Manage manpower and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and PPC teams.
Monitor powder consumption, material wastage, and machine downtime.
Maintain production records, 5S, safety,
and housekeeping standards.
Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of powder coating process and defects.
Production planning and manpower handling.
Basic knowledge of Quality tools, 5S, and Kaizen.
Valuable communication, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
