Key Responsibilities
Provide robust academic and administrative leadership.
Ensure effective implementation of curriculum, academic plans, and assessments.
Monitor teaching quality, student performance, discipline, and attendance.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
Handle parent communication, grievances, and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure compliance with Board requirements and school policies.
Oversee examinations, co-curricular activities, and student development.
Work closely with Management for school growth, admissions, and operational improvement.

Eligibility
Master's Degree with B.Ed. preferred/required.
8–10 years of experience in school education.




Minimum 3–5 years in a senior leadership role such as Vice Principal, Headmistress/Headmaster, Academic Head, or Principal.
Experience in ICSE/CBSE/English-medium schools preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.

Ideal Candidate: A disciplined, proactive, and result-oriented education leader with solid academic and administrative capabilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
