Key Responsibilities
Manage complete LV Panel production from order review, BOM/SLD, GA drawings and material planning to fabrication, assembly and dispatch.
Handle PCC, MCC, APFC, PDB, MLDB, AMF & Control Panels with practical knowledge of ACB, MCCB, MCB, Contactors, Relays, Meters, CTs and APFC components.
Supervise busbar work, wiring, termination, earthing, panel assembly and quality testing, including IR/HV and functional testing.
Plan and execute site shutdown, panel modification, replacement, coupling/de-coupling and extension activities.
Lead production teams and ensure quality, productivity, safety, SOP/FMS compliance and timely completion.

Required Skills
3–5 years of hands-on LV Electrical Panel Manufacturing experience.




Solid knowledge of panel assembly, busbar, wiring and testing.
Positive AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
Robust troubleshooting, production planning and team coordination skills.
Ability to independently handle site execution and shutdown activities.

Core Requirement: End-to-end knowledge of Order → BOM/SLD → GA → Fabrication → Assembly → Wiring → Testing → Dispatch → Site Modification.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
