Responsible for managing daily production operations, manpower, quality, and production targets while ensuring smooth and effective factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage production planning and daily operations.
Supervise workers and allocate manpower.
Ensure quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
Monitor material usage, downtime, and rejection.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
Maintain production reports and ensure safety & 5S.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma/Degree preferred.
3–5 years of production/manufacturing experience.
Robust leadership and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
