Job Title: Medical Representative (MR) – Pharma Sales

About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our sales team in Jodhpur. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare specialists, building relationships with retail chemists and stockists, and expanding our market presence across key territories in Jodhpur.
Key Responsibilities
Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals daily to detail and promote company products.
Establish and maintain solid professional relationships with key healthcare specialists, chemists, and wholesale stockists.
Coordinate with retail pharmacies to ensure product availability and track prescription generation (PDC).
Achieve assigned monthly sales and primary/secondary distribution targets.
Gather market feedback, competitor activities, and submit daily call reports (DCR).
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Pharm, D.Pharm,
or B.Sc. preferred).
Experience: 0 to 3 years in pharma sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily field visits in Jodhpur.
