Roles and Responsibilities
Plan production activities to meet customer requirements on time.
Oversee daily production planning, ensuring productive use of resources.
Supervise shop floor operations, monitor productivity, and address issues promptly.
Coordinate with various departments (QC, Warehouse, Packaging) for smooth material flow.
Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines during production processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
4+ years of experience in Production Management or related field.
Solid understanding of assembly planning, labour management, manpower handling, production planning, production supervising, and quality control principles.
Immediate Joiner preferred .
