Role Overview
We are looking for a Priority Relationship Manager – Banking Alliance to drive acquisition and activation of Demat and Trading accounts through banking partnerships. The role will focus on building robust relationships with bank branches, relationship managers, and priority customers while achieving business and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with banking partners, branch teams, Priority/Wealth RMs and branch managers.
Generate leads for Demat and Trading accounts through the assigned banking alliance.
Convert existing bank customers into investment/trading clients.
Drive recent account acquisition,
activation, first trade and sustained trading/investment activity.
Conduct joint customer meetings with bank RMs and explain investment products and account-opening processes.
Ensure all customer acquisition activities comply with KYC, regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Provide regular business reviews and performance reports to management.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA preferred, with experience in banking, broking, wealth management, fintech or financial services.
5–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B2C, banking alliances, channel sales or relationship management.
Solid understanding of Demat, Trading, Equity, Mutual Funds and capital-market products.
Experience working with bank branches/Bank RMs/Priority Banking teams will be an advantage
