Key Responsibilities:
Type and transcribe radiology reports, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
Prepare and type patient discharge summaries as per doctors’ instructions.
Proofread reports for spelling, grammar, medical terminology, and formatting accuracy.
Ensure correct patient details and timely completion of reports.
Enter and update reports in the Hospital Information System (HIS/EMR).
Coordinate with doctors and concerned departments for corrections and pending reports.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and NABH documentation standards.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
