& Responsibilities
Transcribe doctors’ dictations into accurate medical reports and clinical documents.
Prepare and format consultation notes, patient histories, discharge summaries, and other medical records.
Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy in medical terminology, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Maintain the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of patient information.
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare specialists to clarify unclear dictations or medical information.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of medical documentation.
Maintain proper documentation and follow hospital policies and standard operating procedures.
Handle electronic medical records and other documentation systems as required.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline; relevant medical transcription training or certification is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and proofreading skills.
Previous experience in medical transcription or healthcare documentation will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
