Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to coordinate client-site operations, logistics, workforce deployment, quality, compliance, and operational reporting. The role will work closely with field teams, clients, and management to ensure effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate operations across multiple client facilities.
Plan vehicle deployment, logistics, and material movement.
Coordinate manpower deployment and monitor workforce productivity.
Monitor attendance, overtime, and operational staffing requirements.
Support safety inspections, compliance checks, and corrective actions.
Monitor service quality and material segregation/recovery standards.
Track operational KPIs and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues.
Support process improvement and technology/ERP initiatives.





Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, facility management, or related areas.
Experience in waste management or service operations is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/operational software.
Solid coordination, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
