We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our NBFC operations team. Freshers who are willing to learn and build a career in the financial services industry are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day operational activities related to NBFC/financial services.
Process and verify customer and loan-related documents.
Coordinate with branches, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation.
Follow up on pending documents, applications, and operational requirements.
Maintain records and update systems with accurate information.
Support loan processing and other back-office activities as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Resolve basic customer and operational queries and escalate issues when required.
Prepare reports and assist the team with regular operational activities.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Positive attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to learn about NBFC operations and financial products.
Candidates with prior experience in banking, NBFC, finance, or back-office operations will be an added advantage.
