We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and grow the Poultry Feed business for Leading company in the Karnal, Haryana market.

Location : Karnal,haryana

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development for the poultry feed portfolio across the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with poultry farmers, dealers, distributors and channel partners.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Achieve assigned sales, volume and revenue targets.
Manage dealer/distributor networks and ensure effective product availability in the market.
Conduct regular market visits and understand customer requirements, competitor activity and market trends.
Provide product-related technical support and coordinate with the technical/nutrition team wherever required.
Build robust relationships with poultry farmers and support customer retention and business growth.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes and market activities.




Train and support channel partners and field teams on products and market development.
Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, market feedback and business updates.
Manage the assigned territory independently and contribute to overall poultry feed business growth.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Poultry Feed / Animal Feed industry.
Candidates with direct Poultry Feed Sales / Business Development experience will be preferred.
Strong exposure to dealer/distributor management and poultry farmer handling.
Positive understanding of the poultry feed market, particularly Broiler/Layer segment.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Candidates from Poultry Feed / Animal Nutrition / Animal Feed companies preferred.
