Must-Have Skills
Robust hands-on experience in API and Backend Testing.
Good proficiency in Python for test automation.
Strong debugging and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
Experience working with:
Kafka
Redis
Application/System Logs
Asynchronous systems
Practical experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks/scripts.
Ability to independently analyze issues, troubleshoot failures, and drive testing activities.
Solid communication and bug reporting skills.
Experience working in a product-based company is mandatory.
Good to Have
Exposure to LLM/AI testing.
Experience with production monitoring and debugging.
Hands-on experience testing distributed systems.
Understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
