lRole Description The Psychologist will provide on-site psychological services at the location in Kochi in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions,couple therapy JPMR, performing psychological assessments, child development and developing tailored treatment and intervention plans.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid foundational knowledge in

Psychology and related behavioral sciences.
Candidates should possess skills in

Counseling and

Mental Health support, including therapeutic communication and intervention planning.
Candidates should possess competencies in

Psychological Assessment

, including selecting, administering, and interpreting standardized tools.




Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution; appropriate licensure or registration as required by local regulations.
Experience working in clinical, community, or organizational mental health settings, preferably with diverse client populations.
Robust ethical judgment, confidentiality practices, and familiarity with professional codes of conduct.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Comfort with delivering workshops or psychoeducational sessions and contributing to mental health–related content or resources.
Proficiency in relevant local languages and English, and ability to work in office in Kochi.
