Monitor and evaluate customer calls to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Review calls, chats, and customer interactions for accuracy and professionalism.
Ensure employees follow company policies, processes, and communication guidelines.
Identify errors, gaps, and areas for improvement in customer interactions.
Provide feedback and coaching to telecallers and BDEs to improve performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Track quality scores, compliance, customer handling, and process adherence.
Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with team leaders and trainers to improve team performance.
Maintain quality audit records and documentation.
Ensure customer satisfaction and a consistent customer experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
