We are looking for a skilled MEP Designer to plan, design, and draft efficient Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for residential and commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
HVAC &
Mechanical:
Design ductwork, piping layouts, and HVAC equipment schematics.
Electrical: Draft power distribution, lighting, panel schedules, and low-voltage system layouts.
Plumbing &
Fire Protection:
Plan domestic water, drainage, stormwater, and fire protection networks.
Drafting &
Coordination:
Create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP; perform clash detection.
Compliance: Ensure all designs align with relevant building codes and safety standards.
Requirements
Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil/Building Services Engineering.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP; robust knowledge of building services and statutory codes.
Soft Skills: Solid analytical thinking, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination.
