Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere, disciplined, and responsible Office Boy / Office Girl to assist with daily office activities and maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors as required.
Keep meeting rooms, desks, and common areas neat and organized.
Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and basic documentation.
Handle office files, documents, and stationery properly.
Assist with incoming and outgoing documents, courier, and deliveries.
Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Ensure office supplies and refreshments are available when required.
Help prepare meeting rooms and arrange seating for visitors.




Perform other office-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
Freshers can apply.
Good manners and a polite, qualified attitude.
Punctual, honest, and responsible.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and work cooperatively with the team.
Previous office experience will be an added advantage.

Salary and Perks
Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000, depending on experience and skills.
Six working days per week.
Sunday weekly holiday.
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
