Job Responsibilities:
Media Relations: Develop, maintain, and leverage solid relationships with fashion editors, stylists, influencers, and bloggers to secure placements for models.
Brand Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive PR strategies to boost the agency’s profile and increase brand awareness in the industry.
Content Creation: Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional materials.
Event Management: Organize fashion shows, launch parties, press conferences, and promotional events.
Model Promotion & Branding: Manage individual PR for top models, including pitching profiles for magazines and handling public appearances.
Crisis Management: Monitor industry trends and media to mitigate negative publicity, ensuring a positive brand reputation.
Digital Presence: Manage the agency’s social media channels and online reputation in collaboration with marketing.
