Roles and Responsibilities
Manage payroll processing, including salary disbursement, PF transfer, ESI compliance, and labour law compliance.
Ensure accurate calculation of wages using various Labour Welfare Funds (LWF) and leave management systems.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indian Payroll, ESIC, PF, and other relevant labour laws to ensure compliance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to employee advantages or compensation changes.
Provide support in managing UAN accounts and EPFO transactions.
