Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements and capacity.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor production schedules, work orders, WIP, and delivery timelines.
Track material availability and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for timely material requirements.
Follow up on shop-floor activities and identify delays, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints.
Maintain and update production planning reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD), production output, rejection, and productivity.
Support capacity planning, manpower planning, and machine utilization.
Coordinate for subcontracting/vendor activities wherever required.
Ensure production activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, process plans, and aerospace quality requirements.
Assist in identifying production risks and implementing corrective actions to meet delivery commitments
