Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Conduct workshops and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
Provide functional expertise in the Finance and Manufacturing modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routings, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Costing.
Support Supply Chain processes (Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse) as they relate to Finance and Manufacturing.
Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
Work closely with technical teams on customizations and enhancements.
Support third-party integrations with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Assist in upgrade and migration projects from Dynamics NAV to Business Central.
Support system testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
Monitor and update project tasks in JIRA.
Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for end users.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
