In this role, you will serve as the organizational backbone, aligning day-to-day execution with our growth objectives in the Kerala IT market. You will bridge management and department heads ensuring seamless resource allocation, delivery timelines, and strict operational compliance.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of overall corporate experience, in Operations Management or Delivery Management.
Education:
Post graduation/MBA (Operations) is a solid plus.
Core Competencies:
Solid leadership capability with a proven track record of handling cross-functional technical and commercial teams.
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional problem-solving skills and process-orientation
Flawless communication skills in English; working knowledge of Malayalam is preferred for local stakeholder and vendor management.

Project & Service Delivery: On-time milestone completion for projects and adherence to support SLAs.
Operational Efficiency: Reduction in inter-departmental turnaround time and workflow bottlenecks.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
