On-Job Monitoring (OJM) – Quality Assurance Engineer
Perform On-Job Monitoring (OJM) of maintenance activities on the shop floor.
Verify compliance with EASA Part-145 / DGCA CAR-145 regulations, MOE procedures, and approved maintenance data.

Monitor maintenance processes include disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, testing, and release activities.
Conduct compliance checks across Operations, Warehouse/Stores, Engineering, and Support functions.
Verify proper use of approved tools, calibrated equipment, and certified aircraft parts.
Identify process deviations and support corrective and preventive actions.
Promote solid Quality Culture and operational discipline within the organisation.




Should be able to adopt the process as followed in the SAE network

Candidate Skills & Requirements : 2–5 years of experience in aviation environment such as:
Aircraft Engine MRO
Airframe MRO • Component Repair Workshops

Aviation Manufacturing / Assembly

•Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical.
Basic understanding of EASA Part-145 / DGCA CAR-145 requirements.
Robust attention to detail and interest in shop floor quality monitoring. • Positive communication skills and ability to work closely with the operations teams
