Experience in manufacturing industries

Procurement Operations
Prepare and release domestic & IMPORT Purchase Orders (POs) for:

o Raw Materials, Capital goods, Solar Panels, Packing Materials. Maintenance Items using Tally ERP and communicate with vendors via EMAIL / Microsoft Outlook.
Maintain and update Indent Register in MS Excel, received from Factory.
Obtain minimum three competitive quotations, conduct negotiations,



and seek price & quantity approval from Top Management before releasing POs.
Process RFQs from Sales Team for:

o PCG / SWG / Trading items o Release POs based on approved Work Orders.
Ensure timely follow-up with vendors for delivery of materials and spares.
