The role

You’ll own our warehouse end to end: inbound, storage, pick-pack-dispatch, returns and stock accuracy. This is not a “supervise the floor” role. We need someone who runs the warehouse on data, builds their own trackers, and can tell us exactly where every unit is and why.

What you’ll do
Run daily operations across inbound GRN, putaway, picking, packing and dispatch for D2C and marketplace orders
Manage marketplace B2B dispatches and appointments (Myntra, Amazon and others) to SLA
Process returns and RTOs: QC, grading, restocking and reconciliation
Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits and variance investigation
Build and maintain Excel trackers for stock, ageing, dispatch TAT, fill rate, damages and courier performance
Reconcile stock across the WMS, Shopify and marketplace panels, and flag mismatches before they become problems
Coordinate with couriers, 3PLs and our supply chain team on incoming production
Manage, train and schedule the warehouse team

Excel is non-negotiable





You should be the person others come to for spreadsheets. Specifically, you’re comfortable with:
XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS
Pivot tables and pivot charts
Cleaning and merging large exports (Power Query is a solid plus)
Building reconciliation sheets from scratch
Conditional formatting, data validation and dashboards that others can actually use

We’ll test this in the interview.

You’ll do well here if you
Have 3+ years running a warehouse, ideally in fashion, apparel or D2C e-commerce
Have worked with a WMS or OMS (Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Increff or similar)
Understand marketplace operations and SLAs
Care about accuracy and follow-through, and don’t wait to be told what’s broken
Can lead a team on the floor and still report clearly to founders

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
