G-TEC Edappal is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Programming Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and engaging programming training to students and helping them develop strong coding and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct programming classes for students at different skill levels.
Teach programming concepts with practical, real-world examples.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, coding exercises, and practical sessions.
Train students in programming languages such as Python, C, C , Java, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies.
Guide students in mini projects and academic projects.
Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
Provide individual guidance and support to students.
Stay updated with current programming technologies and industry trends.
Maintain a positive and qualified learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT,
Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals and problem-solving.
Good practical knowledge of one or more programming languages.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, student-friendly manner.
Teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
Freshers with solid programming knowledge and good communication skills may also apply.
