We are looking for a Quality Executive to ensure the quality of raw materials, production processes and finished packaging products.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming raw materials and maintain quality records.
Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
Check thickness, width, length, weight, strength, sealing, cutting and board dimensions.
Approve or reject materials/products based on specifications.
Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Maintain inspection reports, test records and quality documentation.
Support ISO 9001:2015 audits, 5S and CAPA activities.
Handle customer complaints and support root cause analysis.
Prepare daily quality/rejection reports.
Train production workers on quality standards.
Qualification & Skills
Diploma / B.Sc / B.E. in Plastics, Polymer, Chemistry, Mechanical, Printing or Packaging Technology.
2–5 years of experience in plastic film, packaging or manufacturing quality control.
Knowledge of QC instruments and basic quality tools.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and 5S.
Good MS Excel knowledge.
Tamil and English communication required preferred.
Positive attention to detail and decision-making skills.
