Building bid analysis documents, scheduling RFx meetings, and monitoring RFx timelines
Direct negotiations for renewals and current spend requirements
Supplier market research
Review of proposed contracts for goods and services
Coordination of sourcing projects under the direction of Sourcing Managers
Buy Desk support for lower-complexity, lower-spend sourcing requirements




Category Management Plan development, as required .
Spend analysis
Creation and maintenance of pricing databases by category, including location-wise rate cards and supplier/SKU-level unit pricing
Consolidation of multiple POs with the same supplier and alignment of renewal dates.
