Lead Capex, BOM, Non-BOM and service procurement for greenfield/brownfield projects, including vendor identification, negotiation, contracting, budgeting and timely delivery.
Drive strategic sourcing and cost reduction through market benchmarking, cost-structure analysis, long-term supplier partnerships and achievement of procurement targets.
Manage supplier/vendor performance across QCDV, DIFOT/OTIF, incoming quality, capacity utilization, vendor development and regular performance reviews.
Lead material planning and inventory management to achieve >95% DIFOT and 100% in-full availability, maintain inventory norms, control ageing and execute liquidation plans.
Strengthen procurement processes, SOPs and productivity through continuous improvement, process upgrades, manpower optimization and support for recent product launches while ensuring budget and business-plan alignment.
