Nurturing independence, patience, and kindness in children while resolving conflicts calmly.
Behavior Management &
Modelling:

Setting transparent behavioral expectations and acting as a role model for positive behavior.
Observational Assessment: Tracking individual student progress to recognize developmental milestones, challenges, and unique learning styles.
Parental Communication: Providing regular updates to parents regarding their child's development and behavior to ensure consistency between home and school.
Physical &
Motor Skill Development:

Integrating activities that improve fine motor skills (drawing, crafts) and gross motor skills (physical games).
Collaborative Teamwork: Working with other staff members and educators to maintain a cohesive educational environment.
