Should have performed testing & preparation of test reports
Knowledge &
Experience in NABL activities
Planning of activities & coordination with customers, 3rd party inspection agencies and various internal departments
Shall be conversant with documents like drawings, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Manufacturing Procedure (MPP), Material Sampling and Testing Plan (MSTP), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Heat treatment chart reviewing, . . . etc.
Experience in handling of test specimen (machining) machine shop &
Heat treatment activities (furnace operation)
Knowledge &
Experience in handling of Thermocouple, Recorder &
Temperature Indicators calibration activities
