Job Summary

We are looking for experienced PEB Civil Site Engineers to manage and supervise site execution activities for pre-engineered building and steel structure projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of civil engineering drawings, steel structure erection, site coordination, quality control, and construction safety.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse civil drawings, structural drawings, and project layouts to plan and execute site activities.
Supervise construction, steel structure erection, installation, and related site operations.
Monitor project progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
Identify and resolve civil, structural, design, and execution-related issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
Conduct technical and feasibility assessments and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design and safety requirements.
Ensure proper execution, inspection, and monitoring of projects through completion and commissioning.




Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other site requirements for smooth project execution.
Track project progress and report site updates, delays, and execution-related challenges to the concerned team.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil site engineering, preferably in the PEB or steel structure industry.
B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Hands-on experience in site supervision and construction execution.
Positive understanding of civil and structural drawings, steel erection, and construction procedures.
Experience in site coordination, contractor management, quality control, and safety compliance.
Ability to identify and resolve site execution issues.
Solid planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at project sites in Nagpur or Nashik.
