We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to manage IT project documentation, coordinate with clients and technical teams, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather client requirements and prepare BRDs, project scope documents, and functional specifications.
Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and clients.
Allocate and track tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion.
Maintain project timelines, task trackers, meeting minutes, and status reports.
Manage client communication, requirement changes, and project-related queries.
Identify project risks, follow up on pending tasks, and resolve coordination issues.

Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or business analysis.




Hands-on experience in BRD preparation and scope documentation.
Understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively with technical teams.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred: Experience in a software development or IT services company.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
