Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Materials: Buy core construction items like TMT steel, cement, sand, aggregates, and ready-mix concrete (RMC).
Vendor Management: Find current suppliers, ask for price quotes, and compare offers.
Price Negotiation: Negotiate the best rates, payment credit terms, and delivery schedules.
Purchase Orders: Create and issue formal Purchase Orders (POs) and track order statuses.
Site Coordination: Work with site engineers and project managers to make sure materials arrive when needed.
Record Keeping: Maintain purchase files, delivery receipts, and vendor lists.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, commerce, or business administration.
Experience:



1 to 5 years of working in construction or real estate procurement.
Technical Knowledge: Positive understanding of building materials, quality standards, and site needs.
Software Skills: Knowledge of MS Excel and basic ERP or inventory software (like SAP or Tally).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
