Responsible for monitoring and supporting Security Operations Command Centre (SOC) activities, including CCTV surveillance, access control, security systems, employee safety and emergency response.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV for suspicious activities, security non-compliance and incidents.
Manage access control and India badging operations within defined SLAs.
Monitor security system health and coordinate with vendors for faults.
Review and approve high-risk country travel after required compliance checks.
Issue timely security alerts and advisories to stakeholders.
Respond to emergency calls and coordinate appropriate security response.
Support event security and provide executive protection as required.
Monitor employee well-being and provide necessary assistance.
Conduct venue/facility desktop security assessments.
Perform data analysis and prepare security dashboards and reports.
Act as the first point of contact for security emergencies.
