Key Responsibilities
Manage leads from enquiry to order closure.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Accounts, and Execution teams.
Prepare and present proposals and commercials.
Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain CRM/ERP updates and sales pipeline.
Generate business through referrals, networking, and channel partners.
Maintain solid relationships with clients and generate referral business.
