Experience: 2–5 years preferred in Apparel/Garment Manufacturing
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Executive to ensure that products meet the required quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections at different stages of garment production.
Inspect fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and final products.
Identify defects and take corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
Ensure products comply with approved samples, measurements, specifications, and buyer requirements.
Prepare and maintain QC inspection reports and quality records.
Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues.
Monitor recurring defects and recommend preventive measures.
Conduct final quality inspections before dispatch.
Ensure adherence to company quality standards and SOPs.
Support internal quality audits and maintain proper documentation.
Required Skills
Positive knowledge of garment quality standards and inspection procedures.
Knowledge of AQL and defect classification.
Positive understanding of garment construction, stitching, measurements, and finishing.
Strong attention to detail.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Preferred Experience Experience in apparel manufacturing, especially denim, woven, or knit garments, will be preferred.
Education
Diploma/Degree in Garment Technology, Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or a related field.
