Job Summary - We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Fund Accounting to handle end-to-end accounting for Private Equity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LPGP accounting, capital activities, investor reporting, and hedge fund NAV processes, with a robust understanding of alternative investment structures.

Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end Private Equity Fund Accounting, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and NAV calculations.
Prepare and review Capital Call notices, distributions, redemptions, and investor statements.
Maintain and reconcile PCAP (Partners Capital Accounts) for LPs and GPs (PE funds).
Handle LPGP accounting, including allocations, profit sharing, expense allocations, and management fee calculations.
Support and execute waterfall calculations as per fund agreements (Private Equity).
Manage PE fund NAV-related activities, including cash & position reconciliation, P&L; calculation, and expense accruals.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.




Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, fund administrators, and clients for smooth delivery and reporting.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with fund governing documents and SLAs.
Lead and guide team members and support process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Private Equity Accounting.
Solid understanding of PE fund structures, LPGP accounting
Team handling experience
Hands-on experience with:
Capital Call notices
Redemptions
PCAP (Partner’s Capital Account)
Waterfall calculations
Hedge fund NAV, reconciliations, and investor reporting
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with global clients.
Familiarity with fund accounting systems & investor reporting tools
Accounting qualification or relevant finance background is a plus
