:
Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.
Check and verify contractor bills and measurements.
Handle material quantity calculations and cost analysis.
Prepare and maintain project documentation.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients.
Monitor project costs and ensure work is within budget.
Support in tendering, quotation, and rate analysis activities.
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Experience: 6+years in Quantity Surveying / Civil construction/ Warehouse / school/ hospitably
Skills: AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ, Rate Analysis, Quantity Take-off, and Cost Estimation.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
