Desired Candidate Profile Experience in unsecured lending, preferably in NBFC, BFSI, or MFI sectors. Good understanding of loan products, interest rates, loan tenure, and credit assessment. Solid sales, communication, and relationship management skills. Proven track record of achieving disbursement targets.
Experience in sourcing business through DSAs is preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused qualified.
Preferred Qualifications Relevant experience in loan sales and customer acquisition. Solid market network and customer base. Ability to join within a short notice period is an advantage.
